A brief line to say how delighted we are with the pool. We used it over the weekend and as you predicted are very popular at the moment.

We were extremely impressed with the team who worked on the site. The whole job seemed to go very smoothly from deliveries to timing the various trades. Special thanks to Brendan who seemed effortlessly in control!

We would be more than happy to show people the pool if you would like us to. As you know there is usually someone around most of the time.

I am writing to you to thank you and Malcolm for the excellent way our swimming pool contract turned out.

You were personally totally committed and helpful from our first meeting to commencement of the project on site. As you will recall, this involved two years of planning applications and appeals, as well as agreement of a very detailed specification with me. Whilst your price was competitive, we chose Leisureland largely because of your enthusiasm and efficiency during this process.

Your site team, led by Dave Buffoni, was professional and extremely hard working. We particularly appreciated that they were tidy and unobtrusive. During the job we were kept well in touch through Malcolm, and my file of minutes attest to the thoroughness of the project management.

The final result is wonderful, and admired by everyone who comes to the house. We have been delighted by how nice the pool looks, how well it goes with our house, and by the fun it is to use.

Over the last 30 years I have regularly been involved in monitoring building contracts and although some of them had an expensive site foreman in charge I believe I can fairly say that none of these contracts progressed so efficiently, expeditiously and with so few problems as the installation of my swimming pool.

I realise that the recession has probably meant that your Company has reduced its staff and retained the best people. However, it is almost unheard of to find that each person who came to do their respective jobs was of such high calibre, co-operative and anxious to please. They worked long hours with no sign of resentment and gave high quality craftsmanship.

The finished pool is also giving us immense pleasure and we are looking forward to completing the garden outside so that it can be a good advertisement to any prospective purchasers of your products.

Please thank again those who came to us, not forgetting Rupert Pritchard and of course your good self whose visits were always a pleasure.
